At RAW we want you to love what you buy. We do our best to provide accurate pictures and information so what you see online is what you get. But just in case it isn't what you expected, we will gladly allow you to return or exchange it, restrictions may apply.
All returns must be approved prior to return. Please contact sales@rentawheel.com for a return authorization.
Returns or cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If you have fitment concerns, ask our experts. Most RAW orders are processed within 48 hours to get you rolling quickly so any fitment concerns should be addressed before you place your order. Our experts are here to help you get a perfect fit!
Before mounting the wheels to the tires, you should test fit the wheels to make sure they fit on the vehicle without rubbing. You are responsible for test fitting the wheels before mounting tires. Unfortunately, once a wheel has been mounted to a tire, we are unable to take it back even if there is a fitment problem. Once wheels have been mounted on the vehicle, we are not able to accept a return.
If you purchase a wheel/tire package you are responsible for test fitting prior to driving on the tire. Tires that have been driven on cannot be returned. Once tires have been mounted on the vehicle, or driven on, we are not able to accept a return.
Any accessory/suspension item that has been installed or attempted to be installed that is not warranty related cannot be returned. Any return showing signs of installation will not be accepted. The item will be returned to the sender and no credit will be issued. Customer is also responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds must be requested within 30 days of original receipt of merchandise. Once approved, all items must be returned within 14 days. Shipper is responsible for return shipping. Shipper may also return the items to a Rent A Wheel/Rent A Tire location, restrictions may apply.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made. Please allow 14 days after product is returned for refund.
